Das Impact-Start-up SPRK.global gibt heute die offizielle Eröffnung des ersten “Deli by SPRK” in Berlin bekannt. In dem Ladenlokal im Akazienkiez in Schöneberg werden Produkte der SPRK.manufactory zum Verkauf und täglich wechselnde Gerichte zum Mitnehmen angeboten. Das Besondere: Die Gerichte und Produkte werden aus überschüssigen Lebensmitteln hergestellt, die SPRK von seinen Partnern aus der Lieferkette erhält. Das Deli by SPRK ist ein weiterer Baustein im Konzept des Start-ups, das darauf abzielt, am Anfang und in der Mitte der Lieferkette anfallende Lebensmittelüberschüsse zu reduzieren und langfristig zu eliminieren.n.
